• Delivers completed listings via email when requested

Our service is designed to help jewelry makers focus on their craft while we handle the marketing optimization.

User Accounts and Credit System

Account Registration

To use our service, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Free Account

All users start with a free account that includes basic features and limited listing generation capabilities.

Credit System

Our service operates on a credit-based system where each listing generation requires one (1) credit:

• Credits are purchased as needed through one-time payments
• Credits do not expire and remain in your account until used
• Minimum purchase is 5 credits
• Volume discounts apply to larger credit purchases
• All credit purchases are final and non-refundable once processing begins

Payment Terms

• All fees are in US dollars unless otherwise specified
• Credit purchases are processed securely through our payment providers
• Payment is required before credits are added to your account
• We may adjust credit pricing with advance notice to existing users
• Failed payments will not result in credit allocation

Refund Policy

Credit Purchases

• All credit purchases are final sale
• Credits cannot be refunded once added to your account
• No refunds are provided for unused credits
• In exceptional circumstances involving technical errors on our part, we may provide account credits or refunds at our sole discretion

Disputed Charges

• Disputes must be reported within 30 days of the charge

Intellectual Property Rights

• You grant us permission to process your photos for service delivery
• Generated listings belong to you and can be used commercially
• You're responsible for ensuring you have rights to uploaded content

Our Technology

• ListPop's AI technology, algorithms, and platform are proprietary
• Our service name, logos, and branding are protected trademarks
• You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our technology
• These Terms do not grant you any intellectual property rights in our service

AI-Generated Content and Disclaimers

Content Accuracy

Our AI technology generates suggestions based on image analysis and market data. While we strive for accuracy, you should always review and verify generated content before use.

• AI suggestions are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate
• You are responsible for verifying material descriptions and product details
• Generated SEO recommendations reflect current best practices but market conditions change
• Always comply with marketplace requirements and policies when publishing listings

User Conduct and Restrictions

When using ListPop, you agree not to:

• Upload images you don't have rights to use
• Generate listings for prohibited or illegal items

• Share your account credentials with others

• Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights

Third-Party Platforms

Our listings are designed for use on Etsy, eBay, Amazon Handmade, or any other marketplace platform.

• We optimize listings for use on various platforms, but we don't control those platforms
• You must comply with the terms and policies of any marketplace where you publish listings
• Changes to marketplace algorithms or policies may affect listing performance
• We are not responsible for how marketplaces handle your listings
• The term 'Etsy' is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. and is used for descriptive purposes only

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability:

• Our service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or technical issues
• We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Third-party service outages may affect our functionality
• We'll make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• ListPop provides the service "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for our service
• We are not responsible for third-party marketplace policies or actions
• Users assume responsibility for verifying generated content accuracy

Account Termination

Termination by You

• You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard
• Account deletion removes all your data from our systems
• Unused credits are forfeited upon account deletion and are not refundable
